Stab chicken breasts with a fork all over
Place the chicken breasts in the large Ziploc bag and combine the juice of two lemons, olive oil, and SPG. You want enough olive oil to cover the chicken. I put a good bit of seasoning in my bags, but do your to your likley.
Let the chicken marinate in the bag for at least 20-30 minutes.
Smoking instructions
Preheat your pellet grill to 350 degrees.
Place the chicken breasts on the grill for 15 minutes, skin side down.
Put some marinade on both sides and flip the chicken breasts until 160 degrees. A meat thermometer you trust is your key to juicy chicken!
Pull the chicken breasts off at 160 degrees, wrap them in aluminum foil, and let them rest for 15 minutes.
Slice and enjoy the best pellet grilled chicken you’ve ever had!
